Fondata all’inizio degli anni ’90, TPS esegue inizialmente lavorazioni di verniciatura a spruzzo e a rullo per piani tavolo e pannelli.
Negli anni, facendo fronte alla crescita della domanda, l’azienda amplia gli spazi produttivi e logistici, incrementando la capacità di stoccaggio del prodotto finito e ottimizzando i flussi di lavoro.
Nel 2015 TPS intraprende un percorso di specializzazione nella laccatura lucida con tecnologia UV.
In 2018, it became the first company in Italy to install an excimer curing system. This sophisticated technology produces matt finishes with exceptional aesthetic quality and performance, which are in growing demand from design-oriented furniture makers.
Today, TPS has a generous dedicated product warehouse organized according to advanced criteria, keeping over 50,000 panels in stock for just-in-time delivery.

TPS has decades of experience coating components and semi-finished products and supplying panels, employing a highly flexible production model designed to serve both large-scale orders and small tailor-made batches.
Using UV curtain and roller coating technologies, TPS provides the companies in the Group producing doors and panels with an exceptionally extensive range of colour options, accommodating requests for any shade and with super matt, non-scratch, gloss and wood finishes. All of this is backed by a service rarely found that delivers small quantities direct from stock with very short lead times.

Excimer-cured matt lacquered finish
SOFT TOUCH ELEGANCE AND RECORD PERFORMANCE.
IXTEX MATT is an innovative, soft–touch, matt lacquer finish.It’s achieved by means of an elaborate UV coating hardening process made possible by the particularly evolved technologies the company is now equipped with. It adds a pleasant, silk-effect feel to the refined and modern elegance of the 3 gloss matt finish.
IXTEX MATT and ILUX lacquers, applied to an MDF base, are available in 14 colours and in 8 standard colours for just in time delivery. Moreover, on request both are available in an almost endless variety of shades in line with the demands of a furniture market that is ready to satisfy new trends as well as more widespread tastes.
Excimer-cured matt finish on wood
IXTEX WOOD is an unprecedented, transparent, matt finish for wood. It’s achieved by applying the IXTEX MATT finish to wooden surfaces. It pairs the appeal and the pleasant feel of the 3 gloss matt finish with a natural look while offering a degree of abrasion and scratch resistance that has never before been achieved by a finish applied to wood.
The IXTEX WOOD finish, on an MDF, chipboard or twin board core, is available in any shade required and – if necessary – can be delivered JIT.

UNCOMPROMISING BEAUTY AND ABSOLUTE QUALITY.
ILUX is a special gloss lacquer finish. Its exceptional shine – corresponding to 96-97 gloss – results from an accurate UV lacquering cycle applied to a semi-finished panel faced with melamine resins in exactly the same colour, delivering aesthetic perfection and a refined visual appeal that adds depth to the finish.
ILUX and IXTEX MATT lacquers, applied to an MDF base, are available in 12 colours and in 8 standard colours for just in time delivery. Moreover, on request both are available in an almost endless variety of shades in line with the demands of a furniture market that is ready to satisfy new trends as well as more widespread tastes.

FULL AND CONTINUOUS JUST IN TIME AVAILABILITY
An extensive and constant availability of IXTEX MATT lacquered panels in 14 basic colours, of ILUX lacquered panels in 8 basic colours and of IXTEX WOOD panels in 3 versions means that TPS can satisfy just-in-time orders whenever they arrive. This is made possible thanks to a large warehouse featuring advanced storage criteria, a high production capacity, flexibility and evolved process organisation.

This quality is certified by strict tests and by inspections performed using one of the most accurate optical sensor systems on the market, produced by Baumer.
