For this reason, last July ILCAM chose not to leave its employees alone, supporting parents with a special agreement with the Rosa Mistica Onlus Social Cooperative, directly covering 70% of the participation fee. A concrete gesture that made the summer camp experience more accessible for children aged 3 to 6, transforming a daily necessity into an opportunity for shared serenity.
Now that September brings with it a return to school and new challenges, we like to remember this initiative as another piece of our commitment: to cultivate a corporate welfare that is not an accessory benefit, but an integral part of our culture.
